Restaurant Review: Moshulu Philadelphia

When I was in Philly for a work event I had a free evening to meet my dear friend Zack, who lives near there. We went to Moshulu, a restaurant on the waterfront inside the ‘the worlds oldest and largest square rigged sailing vessel still afloat.’

It’s super charming and chic in a Titanic but didn’t sink kind of way.

We started with cocktails at the bar, which was super lovely. It had an old-world elegance that I am here for.

After drinks, we headed to our table and proceeded to order almost one of everything. Zack brought a friend so at least there were three of us, but it was still a lot of food. But I’m so glad we ordered so much because every single thing was delicious. The octopus and the lobster bisque were the clear winners for me, but everything was fantastic.

I would absolutely go back to Moshulu and I highly recommend it. Especially if you are trying to impress someone or have a friend who will share one of everything with you.
