Crisp Pizza W6 is a pizza semi-permanent popup in The Chancellors pub in the Hammersmith neighborhood of London. Literally every blogger and indie publication was talking about it while we were there.
Obviously, we had to check it out. After having some of the best pizzas in Italy and the rest of Europe, we are pretty good at pizza tasting.
The pub is a short train ride away from the city center but easy to get to. The hardest part is knowing when to go. The pizza is only served a few days per week, and there isn’t a website. You can call/text to reserve your pie, or show up and hope they have some available.
We went midweek right before they opened and there was already a line. Luckily, it was nice out so the outdoor seating was utilized. Otherwise, there is very little room to sit inside the pub and it is super popular.

We each ordered a pizza. The Husband ordered the Vecna, a pepperoni, burrata, and hot honey pie, and I had the picante, a spicy tomato-based pie with a swirl of pesto. They are a cross between an NY style pizza and Neapolitan style pizza, making it a unique style in a class of it’s own. It actually lived up to the hype, and then some.

It was similar to my favorite tie-dye pizza at Rubirosa in NYC, but different. Hands down one of the best pizzas we had in Europe outside of Italy.
