Sure, you could put your earbuds in and go for a lonely, sweltering run alone. Or maybe you like to find new, free workout on YouTube, but get bored halfway through and inevitably quit. That all sounds super lame and pretty ineffective if you’re trying to get your summer body (or in Tampa, your year-round body). Luckily, Tampa has a ton of free, or cheap, and always fun ways to get a workout in.
