Nashville Hotel Review: Loews Vanderbilt

For the Husband’s birthday we headed to Atlanta to see family then drove to Nashville. It was our first trip to Nashville and we really knew nothing except it was a drinking town with 24 hour live music. And that was good enough for us.

We obviously stayed at the Loews Vanderbilt. We love the Loews chain and try to stay every chance we get. (See NYC here, New Orleans spa here, New Orleans hotel here, Atlanta here and here, the Don CeSar here, Miami here and here, DC here, Quebec here, and the Don CeSar again here. I think you get the point.)

I fell in love with the Loews Vanderbilt the moment we pulled in the driveway. The indoor/outdoor fireplace is so beautiful!

Don’t you just want to snuggle up with a cashmere throw and a hot toddy???

The rest of the lobby was just as beautiful.

And the people working were just as beautiful as the lobby. From Kim, the super sweet lady that checked us in, to the manager that came out and welcomed us, to the bartender Kim, and even the pastry chef, it was top notch service.

Our room was super nice and oh so comfortable.

We had a view of the city, which is always my view of choice.

Helllooooooo Nashville!

After we were all settled in we headed to the lobby bar for a drink and to get the scoop on Nashville. Kim, the bartender, told us all about the local beer scene and we even tried some moonshine!

Cheers!

After getting a list of places from Kim and the pastry chef, we headed back up to the room to change and get ready for a night out in Nashville.  There was a lovely welcome waiting in our room for us!

Thank you Loews Vanderbilt!

We headed back downstairs and took the complimentary car service down to the honky tonk area. The driver was super friendly and they even came back and picked us up when we were ready to return to the hotel.

We had a super fabulous stay and can’t wait to return!
