You can tell from the moment you get out of your car why it was named the the area’s best spa by USA TODAY. The setting is natural and serene, and the relaxing music coming from inside the gorgeous landscaping practically begs you to go inside.
Te moment you walk inside you can tell it’s the highest class of spas. The staff is warm and inviting, very much like the color scheme throughout the spa. You immediately feel at home and I bet the staff would treat you the same whether you bought the most expensive spa package or just window-shopped in the lobby and relaxed in front of the fireplace.
It’s evident that every detail was carefully thought out. I was immediately offered a drink upon arrival and I had the most delicious glass of champagne! It was infused with watermelon and herbs and I’m still hoping to get my hands on the recipe!

The ladies’ lounge is so relaxing and comfortable. It overlooks the 12th hole of Innisbrook’s Copperhead golf course. That’s right, husbands, you can treat your wife to amazing spa day and she can still watch you golf!
The lounge also provides the perfect spa snacks.

The lounge is also fully equipped with anything you could need; from personal care items to a spa and sauna!
Now, if that isn’t reason enough to make you want to run to the Salamander Spa, let me tell you about my spa treatment. I had the signature spa ritual and it started with the most fabulous scalp massage of my life, followed by the most comprehensive and relaxing massage I’ve ever had, and finished with a glorious foot scrub! I am not lying when I say I was so relaxed after my treatment that I didn’t think it was safe for me to drive! If you know me and my Type A personality, you know that I’m never fully relaxed. Until that treatment.

Feeling so relaxed I head to the lobby where staff was waiting to touch up hair and makeup! Yes, they will do your hair and makeup after your treatment!
Looking glamorous, I relaxed in the ladies’ lounge while I waited to go to yoga. That’s right, they also have yoga and it’s in the most idyllic setting.
Everyone would become a yogi if all practice locations looked like this!
If yoga isn’t your thing but you still want to enjoy this beautiful terrace, they also have sitting areas and fire pits.
